The Super 7-Day Juicing Jump Start



Dear Healthy Hopers,

Although the title of this "feel-good" film is a little daunting (Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead), I give a big two thumbs up to the message and the messenger.


My Super 7-Week Shape-Up System typically begins with a Super Duper 7-Day Juicing Jump-Start. This tactic involves the exclusive consumption of fresh vegetable juices for seven days, or for as long as you (and your doctor) consider it appropriate for your existing condition (and any preexisting conditions). Yes, it’s definitely a super strict start, but for those of you who are up for the challenge and have been cleared by your doctor, you will be a miracle in the making.


I can honestly say that drinking exclusively freshly-squeezed vegetable juice is the #1 most important change you could possibly make for a drastic and instant transformation of your body from the inside out. The success stories are borderline unbelievable. Can you imagine losing up to 7% of your body weight in only seven days... safely? Imagine yourself seven days from now, this exact time next week. If you lost 7% of your body weight, or anywhere close to that, how would that make you feel? How would that make you look?

Focusing on veggies with the highest juice-yielding capacities works best initially, such as carrots, cucumbers, celery, cabbage, and beets. Any combination of these would be a smart start. Then, you can eventually add in a variety of other items for an assortment of nutritive density and flavorful fitness, such as kale, spinach, peppers, ginger, garlic, or anything else that suits your fancy. I recommend that you first find a base that tastes great (like carrot/cucumber/celery), and then add in small quantities of other produce to see how you like it. Some require acquired taste... to put it mildly.
