  • ❌ No Location Data: We do not track your location

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

  • Access: You can view all your data within the app
  • Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data anytime
  • Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from emails by contacting [email protected]
  • Data Portability: You can export your activity data from the app


THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App may use:

  • Google Play Services: For app distribution and updates
  • Basic Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics to improve app performance (no personal data)

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This App is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.


DATA RETENTION

  • Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
  • Activity Data: Stored locally on your device; cloud backup deleted when account is deleted
  • Email Communications: You can opt out anytime


INTERNATIONAL USERS

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located.


CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.


DATA DELETION

Users have full control over their data and can delete it at any time directly within the app:

Complete Data Deletion: To delete all your data, go to Settings and select "Reset Start Date." This will permanently clear all your current progress, including: • All checked-off activities • All earned stars • All notes and selections • Current week and day progress

Note: This action cannot be undone.

Selective Data Deletion: You can also reset individual days to delete specific day data while keeping the rest of your progress.

ACCOUNT DELETION

How to Delete Your Account:

  1. Email us at: [email protected]
  2. Include "Delete My Account" in the subject line
  3. Include the email address associated with your account


What Gets Deleted:

  • ✅ Your email address and account credentials
  • ✅ All activity completion data and progress
  • ✅ Any personal notes you've added
  • ✅ All associated app data


Timeline:

  • Account deletion processed within 7 business days
  • All data permanently removed from our systems
  • Confirmation email sent when deletion is complete
